Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Channel Creating Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Channel Creating Studio provides tools for YouTube music creators: AI-powered prompt generation, metadata creation, analytics tracking, and publishing planning. We do not create, host, or distribute music or video content.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
• Upload malicious files or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use AI generation features for non-music-related purposes (spam, misinformation, harmful content).

5. API Keys & BYOK

You may provide your own API keys for AI providers (Groq, Gemini, Kimi). You are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms. We encrypt your keys but are not liable for their misuse.

6. YouTube Integration

We access only public YouTube statistics (views, subscribers, video count) via the official YouTube Data API. We cannot and do not modify your YouTube content, comments, or settings.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid tiers will be activated in the future. Until then, the Starter tier is free. Trial periods are provided at our discretion. No refunds for partial months.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you create using our tools. We claim no ownership over your generated prompts, titles, or channel branding. Our code, design, and trademarks remain our property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

14. VideoForge End User License Agreement (EULA)

VideoForge is the desktop application component of Channel Creating Studio. By downloading, installing, or using VideoForge, you agree to the following license terms in addition to these Terms of Service:

• License Grant. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VideoForge for personal or commercial content-creation purposes.
• License Restrictions. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or transfer VideoForge. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of VideoForge, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Device Binding & Security. VideoForge collects a device fingerprint (based on hardware identifiers and system information) to enforce subscription device limits and protect against unauthorized use. This is necessary to prevent account sharing and piracy.
• Integrity Checks. VideoForge verifies the integrity of its executable and checks the minimum required version against our servers before rendering. You may not bypass these checks.
• No Warranty. VideoForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, rendering failures, or hardware issues caused by use of the application.

15. Automatic Updates

VideoForge may check for updates when you log in. If a newer version is available, the application may ask for your consent before downloading and installing it. You are not required to update, but older versions may lose access to server-side features (including rendering authorization) once they fall below the minimum supported version. Updates do not delete your local project data, settings, or history.

16. Data Collection by Desktop Application

In addition to data listed in the Privacy Policy, the VideoForge desktop application transmits the following information to our servers when you are signed in:

• Application version and platform (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Device fingerprint and a user-provided or auto-generated device name.
• Executable checksum for integrity verification.
• Rendering authorization requests (duration, platform, timestamp).

We do not collect your source video or audio files, rendered output files, or local project data unless you explicitly upload them through a supported feature.
