By accessing or using Channel Creating Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.
Channel Creating Studio provides tools for YouTube music creators: AI-powered prompt generation, metadata creation, analytics tracking, and publishing planning. We do not create, host, or distribute music or video content.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You may provide your own API keys for AI providers (Groq, Gemini, Kimi). You are responsible for compliance with those providers' terms. We encrypt your keys but are not liable for their misuse.
We access only public YouTube statistics (views, subscribers, video count) via the official YouTube Data API. We cannot and do not modify your YouTube content, comments, or settings.
Paid tiers will be activated in the future. Until then, the Starter tier is free. Trial periods are provided at our discretion. No refunds for partial months.
You retain all rights to content you create using our tools. We claim no ownership over your generated prompts, titles, or channel branding. Our code, design, and trademarks remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

VideoForge is the desktop application component of Channel Creating Studio. By downloading, installing, or using VideoForge, you agree to the following license terms in addition to these Terms of Service:
VideoForge may check for updates when you log in. If a newer version is available, the application may ask for your consent before downloading and installing it. You are not required to update, but older versions may lose access to server-side features (including rendering authorization) once they fall below the minimum supported version. Updates do not delete your local project data, settings, or history.
In addition to data listed in the Privacy Policy, the VideoForge desktop application transmits the following information to our servers when you are signed in:
